Can you fit tapware I've bought myself?
Yes. Bring your own and we'll install it, we'll just check it's WELS-rated and suitable before we start. Or we can supply quality fittings at trade prices.
How much water does a dripping tap waste?
A steady drip can waste thousands of litres a year, and a running toilet far more. Most repairs pay for themselves on the next water bill.
Why should I replace flexi hoses?
Braided flexi hoses under sinks and toilets fail without warning and cause serious flooding. If yours are more than five to ten years old or showing rust or bulging, replace them.
Can you match old tapware?
Often parts are still available and we carry common washers, seats and cartridges. If a tap is obsolete we'll show you the closest modern equivalent.
Do you do bathroom renovations?
We handle all the plumbing for renovations, rough-in, fixture installation and connection. We work alongside your builder or tiler.
Is it a same-day job?
Almost always. Repairs and most replacements are done in a single visit from a stocked van. Special-order fixtures may take a few days to arrive.
